(DRYLAND) Low Impact Fitness Experience is the perfect class for seniors who are looking to improve strength, endurance, prevent muscle and bone loss, and help you retain your independence. Utilizing bands, hand weights and body bars you’ll improve muscle tone with effective strength training techniques. You’re going to be AMAZED with the improvements you’ll make in your flexibility, balance and coordination.

ARTHRITIS AQUATIC PROGRAM
An Arthritis Foundation exercise program designed to maintain and promote joint mobility and enhance well being. Exercise conducted in shallow water. Come experience the benefits of exercising in the water and meet new friends!

DEEP WATER WORKOUT
An excellent way to condition your heart, tone your muscles, and increase your stamina and energy – all without stress or strain on your knees, hips and back! Class is conducted in 6 feet of water using exercise float belts and resistance equipment. The intensity of the workout is up to you. Bring plenty of water to drink – you will need it!

HYDRO-PUMP
Firm and tone your whole body using the water for resistance. You’ll love this fun, energetic class that will increase your stamina and endurance as you work out in the shallow end. Don’t forget your water – you are going to need it!
