ALL FITNESS LEVELS
BODYPUMPTM
is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMPTM a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45-minute or one-hour workout. BODYPUMPTM challenges you to lift beyond your limits while you:
• Burn up to 600 calories per class for fat loss
• Improve your strength
• Improve your general fitness
• Shape and tone your muscles
• Improve your bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis)
• Gives you a sense of achievement

CORE CHALLENGE
This is core training at its best! By using the latest pieces of fitness equipment, you will build core strength and create overall balance and flexibility.

HAVE A BALL
This class does it all! Through intervals of cardio drills, toning exercises, Pilates, abdominal and core work, and stretching, you’ll work your entire body with the help of the stability ball & Have a Ball in the process!!

STEP
Rev up your engine with a cardio workout using the step!

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
This class starts with a warm-up, then covers the entire body, working all muscle groups with resistance training using weights, body bars and bands. This conditioning class ends with awesome abs and a final stretch. Remember that a well-toned body burns more calories at rest!

YOGAFLEX
Make the mind body connection in this group exercise based yoga class. Perform poses for strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation.

20/20/20
Squeeze an entire workout into 1 hour. 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes strength and 20 minutes core training. You’ll leave feeling completely fit!

CARDIO DANCE EXPRESS
30 minutes of dance aerobic fun! This class uses great music with fun choreography to burn the most possible calories in a small amount of time.

PILATES
A mat based class that helps participants to improve core strength and stability. A non-impact total body workout for all levels.

POWER HOUR
The format for this calorie burning class will be cardio and strength intervals. Cardio intervals will include step, hi/lo, kickboxing and other bootcamp style drills. Strength sets will be mixed in to make it a complete workout.

Cardio Dance
A full hour of dancing guaranteed to burn mega calories. This fitness class incorporates jazz, Latin, and hip-hop dance styles into a high energy full body workout aimed at toning and weight loss.

Urban Stretch
Join this class to improve flexibility and core strength. This class will include a warm-up using slow dance moves, lead into standing full body stretches and then balance and core work. Finish up with abdominal strengthening and lower body stretches. No equipment needed and all levels welcome!

Yoga for Teen Athletes
This class will start with basic beginning postures and breathing techniques, gradually integrating challenging poses to build muscular strength, agility, and range of motion. Yoga provides improved physical performance and coordination, while releasing physical tension. This will be a total body workout, increasing flexibility and mobility in the more neglected areas of the body. Balance postures, including arm-balance, will be introduced throughout the session creating greater body awareness, strength and focus

BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE

BASIC AEROBICS
This is an easy to follow high energy/low impact cardio class. Get a great workout learning basic choreography and movement.

BASIC STEP

This step workout includes basic step movement suitable for all levels. A great choice if you’re new to step or just limited on time.

LEARN TO SPIN®

Come learn the fundamentals of the Spinning® Program. Our certified instructors will get you set for success. Participants learn proper bike set up, riding techniques, and safety guidelines behind the Spinning® workout. Get started today and reap the benefits of training comfortably and efficiently.

L.I.F.E

(DRYLAND) Low Impact Fitness Experience is the perfect class for seniors who are looking to improve strength, endurance, prevent muscle and bone loss, and help you retain your independence. Utilizing bands, hand weights and body bars you’ll improve muscle tone with effective strength training techniques. You’re going to be AMAZED with the improvements you’ll make in your flexibility, balance and coordination.

Mommy and Me Yoga
Mommy and Me Yoga for new moms with infants 6 weeks to crawling age. ‘Mommy & Me’ yoga will help moms to recover from childbirth, restore proper posture, and gain strength and stamina. In addition, it will aid digestion and encourage better sleep patterns in babies. Bring the babies, blankets, yoga mats, car seat or bouncy chair.

Introduction to Group Exercise
Intimidated by Group Exercise? Come to this 30 minute introduction and get all of your questions answered. This information session takes place on the first Thursday of the month and will give you a brief overview of the schedule and small previews of what some of the classes have to offer.

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED

KICKBOX

Get ready to kick, jab and tone your way to improved cardio fitness. This class combines kickboxing techniques that will elevate your heart rate and tone and strengthen your muscles. You will get a kick out of this workout!

BOOTCAMP
No choreography...just cardio drills, strength and FUN! Get your heart pumping in 45 minutes during this interval style workout as you alternate between cardio, plyometric, and strength drills.

Step Explosion
A creative, high energy step class that explodes with excitement. Challenge your body a mind with a little more choreography and watch your fitness level improve!
