A fitness professional will teach you proper use of the cardiovascular and strength training machines. You’ll be instructed on proper form and technique for a basic exercise program. Great for beginner exercisers, those returning to an exercise program and even experienced exercisers looking to get more out of their workout.

Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic & Time Oriented Goals
During this goal setting consultation a wellness professional will work with you to understand your unique needs and how to overcome obstacles. Together we will discuss ways to help you get started and how to measure success. Not only will S.M.A.R.T. Start help you to get acquainted with our staff and offerings at our YMCA, but it is an excellent opportunity to get your health & wellness questions answered. Register at the Member Service Desk and a S.M.A.R.T. Start coach will call to schedule your appointment.

This program is designed to help members workout more efficiently and effectively via one-on-one instruction. Personal training times are set-up between you and your trainer to accommodate your lifestyle needs. Let one of our certified personal trainers help you achieve your fitness goals and get the results you want. Each session is up to 1 hour in length depending on the type of training program that is designed for you. Your 1st session includes a consultation and evaluation. Keeping up with a fitness program is a lot easier when you have a friend who is committed to doing the same. Fit for 2, our new personal training service, makes it possible for two members with similar goals to work with one personal trainer.

Personal Training TO GO gives you the personal attention you want but in a time frame that fits into your schedule and meets your specific needs! All sessions are 30 minutes long.

TRX TRAINING CLASSES
Get in on one of the fastest growing fitness trends around!! TRX Training will offer you everything you’ve been looking for in a strength training program. Whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete, our TRX Training programs will help you achieve your desired health and wellness goals using your own body weight. The program is based on timed sets as opposed to target repetitions. The goal is to complete as many repetitions as possible with good form in the allotted time. As skill and fitness increases, you will be able to complete more repetitions in the time allowed.

TRX Fitness Training [01901]
These classes will consists of a 8-12 exercise progression that will
include movements for the lower body, upper body and core. This
