Group Training [01616]
Do you struggle making your workout a part of everyday? Are you looking for ways to make it easier or more appealing to get to the gym? Group Training is a cost-effective training option that lets you work with a certified personal trainer as part of a group of 3 to 4 training partners. You can bring your own group or we’ll help you put one together. A great way to get connected and stay motivated! All sessions meet once weekly for 60 minutes. No partner necessary to participate.
Fees: 4 sessions - $45 per person
8 sessions - $82 per person

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING [01602]
This program is designed to help members workout more
efficiently and effectively via one-on-one instruction. Personal
training times are set-up between you and your trainer to
accommodate your lifestyle needs. Let one of our certified personal trainers help you achieve your fitness goals and get the results you want. Each session is up to 1 hour in length depending on the type of training program that is designed for you. Your first session includes a consultation and evaluation. Pick up a Personal Training info packet at the Front Desk.
Fees: (1) 3 sessions - $139
(5) 6 sessions - $240
(9) 12 sessions - $405
(10) 24 sessions - $770

FIT FOR 2 PERSONAL TRAINING [01615]
Keeping up with a fitness program is a lot easier when you have a friend who is committed to doing the same. Fit for 2, our new personal training service, makes it possible for two members with similar goals to work with one personal trainer.
Fees: (1) 3 sessions - $175
(2) 6 sessions - $290
(3) 12 sessions - $485

Personal Training “To Go” [01602]
Are you always on the go? Are you having a tough time finding the time to workout? Do you want to work on a specific area, which requires less time? We have the perfect solution for you! Personal Training TO GO gives you the personal attention you want but in a time frame that fits into your schedule and meets your specific needs! All sessions are 30 minutes long.
Fees: (11) 3 sessions - $77
(12) 6 sessions - $138
(13) 12 sessions - $255
(14) 24 sessions - $456

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT SESSION [01602]
This is for the member who has some exercise experience and
is interested in having a program developed. During this session a
trainer will design a work out specific to your needs. Basic knowledge of exercises required for successful program development.
Fee: (21) 1 session - $60

COMPREHENSIVE FITNESS EVALUATION [01602]
This assessment will evaluate your resting heart rate, blood pressure, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and percentage body fat. Pick up an information packet at the Front Desk.
Fee: By Appointment $30, Full members only
