SPINNING®
The original indoor cycling program...it is more than a workout... its an experience. Join the pack in this 60 minute group cycling class! With no complicated moves to learn, you will ride in a motivating group environment with music that begs your legs to pedal! Bring your water bottle and workout towel! (Heart rate monitor recommended)

Beginner Spinning
Suitable for all levels this class this 30 minute class will complete your introduction to Spinning and take you a step further providing an awesome cardio workout. Bring a towel and water bottle, you’ll need it.

Spin Challenge
Challenge yourself with an extended 90 minute spin…..the ultimate
cardio workout! No worries if you can only stay for an hour, the instructor will provide a cooldown and stretch for you. Don’t forget your water bottle and towel!
