ARTHRITIS AQUATIC PROGRAM An Arthritis Foundation exercise program designed to maintain and promote joint mobility and enhance well being. Exercise conducted in shallow water. Come experience the benefits of exercising in the water and meet new friends! DEEP WATER WORKOUT An excellent way to condition your heart, tone your muscles, and increase your stamina and energy – all without stress or strain on your knees, hips and back! Class is conducted in 6 feet of water using exercise float belts and resistance equipment. The intensity of the workout is up to you. Bring plenty of water to drink – you will need it! HYDRO-PUMP Firm and tone your whole body using the water for resistance. You’ll love this fun, energetic class that will increase your stamina and endurance as you work out in the shallow end. Don’t forget your water – you are going to need it!
