"B3" BARS, BALLS & DUMBBELLS
A progressive full body strength and core training class that
incorporates dumbbells, bars with plates and different styles of fitness balls (stability ball, med ball, plio ball and Bosu).

BODYFLOW
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance

BODYCOMBAT
The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYFLOW EXPRESS
45 minutes of Bodyflow to strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles and leave you feeling centered and balanced

BODYPUMP EXPRESS
45 minutes of Bodypump to sculpt, tone and strengthen your body one muscle group at a time!

BODYPUMP™
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls. Great music, awesome instructors & your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – & fast!

CARDIO BURST
Plyometric cardio intervals designed to burn fat & increase strength. A perfect pair to a CX30!

CORE CHALLENGE
This is core training at its best! By using the latest pieces of fitness equipment, you will build core strength and create overall balance and flexibility.

CARDIO CHISEL
This is a total body workout that will challenge your cardio fitness level as well as your level of strength. Be prepared for cardio drills interspersed between strength training intervals that can challenge the beginner and the advanced at the same time.

CXWORX™
30 minutes is all you need to give your core a challenging workout that features a mix of isolation exercises (like crunches or leg extensions) that target specific muscles and integrated moves that use two or more muscle group together. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and "slings" connecting the upper and lower body, this workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong!

PILATES
A mat based class that helps participants to improve core strength and stability. A non-impact total body workout for all levels.

POWER HOUR
The format for this class will be cardio and strength intervals. Cardio intervals will include step, hi/lo, kickboxing and other bootcamp style drills. Strength sets will be mixed in.

STEP
Rev up your engine with a cardio workout using the step!

STEP'N PUMP
45 minutes of high intensity step followed by 45 minutes of Bodypump. Get cardio & strength/endurance training in one class!

YOGAFLEX
Make the mind body connection in this group exercise based yoga class. Perform poses for strength, flexibility, balance & relaxation.

YOGILATES
Get strong, increase flexibility, relax and "power up" your core muscles with a blend of traditional Yoga and Power Pilates. This challenging class is for all fitness levels. Participants will use weights, bars, balls, bands and more for a total body workout

ZUMBA®
Zumba® fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves
to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The
routines feature interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms that are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®! Come and dance your way to fitness!

ZUMBATOMIC
For children ages 5-13. Uses the dance moves from Zumba to bring fun and fitness to your child's day. (45 min)

ZUMBA TONING
This class takes the party of Zumba & adds light handweights (1.5 – 2.5 lbs) that you shake like maracas to enhance your workout. Zumba Toning will help you build coordination, muscular strength and reshape your body!

BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE

BASIC STEP
This step workout includes basic step movement suitable for all levels. A great choice if you’re new to step or just limited on time.

L.I.F.E
Low Impact Fitness Experience is the perfect class for seniors who are looking to improve strength, endurance, prevent muscle and bone loss, and help you retain your independence. Utilizing bands, hand weights and body bars you’ll improve muscle tone with effective strength training techniques. You’re going to be AMAZED with the improvements you’ll make in your flexibility, balance and coordination.

LITE STRENGTH
 Educational class for beginners to help gain strength as well as learn proper technique that can be carried into the fitness center.  Beneficial for mature adults, recent rehab participants, or anyone new to strength training

INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED

BOOTCAMP
No choreography...just cardio drills, strength and FUN! Get your heart pumping in 45 minutes during this interval style workout as you alternate between cardio, plyometric, and strength drills.

Power Yoga
An intermediate level vinyasa flow style of yoga. This vigorous style of yoga will help to increase strength flexibility, as it allows for concentration on the breath and opens the heart and mind.

Step Explosion
A creative, high energy step class that explodes with excitement. Challenge your body and mind with a little more choreography and watch your fitness level improve!

H.I.I.T.
A High Intensity Interval Training class in circuit or boot camp format which combines cardio and strength.
