STEP
Unique movements, fun patterns, and increased intensity make this low-impact class a great workout for all. All moves are taught and levels given to ensure an enjoyable class.

DOUBLE STEP
A fun step workout that uses TWO steps per participant! All moves are taught to make sure you have double the workout and double the fun! If you have done step, you CAN do double step. This is a perfect way to mix up your cardio routine.

COMPLETE CORE
This 25 minute class is designed to strengthen your core. Through the use of medicine balls, bars, resistaballs, and weights you will develop strong core muscles. Add this to your cardio workout in the Wellness Center for a well-rounded workout.

THE NIA TECHNIQUE
Through movement we find health. Movement should embrace individuality, power, love, receptivity, balance, self inquiry, and self expression. Your body is a gift. Movement is our way. Nia is like chocolate. It is difficult to explain – you just have to taste it. Join us, and awaken to your own dance of fitness. No dance experience necessary.

BELLY DANCING
Engage your spirit, mind, and body to unleash your inner goddess! Learn the beautiful, exotic art of belly dancing while experiencing a great cardio and core workout. This class is perfect for all fitness levels and body types, especially beginners. No dance experience required!

CARDIO KICKBOX
This is a high-energy, full-body workout for beginner to advanced exercisers. Kickboxing basics help improve strength, balance and agility while burning calories and working the cardiovascular system.

TRIFIT
Experience the joy of movement with the least amount of stress to the joints in this moderately paced program. This workout will improve aerobic capacity, endurance and flexibility. This class is perfect for all levels of participants.

ON THE BALL
Try this unique exercise tool that aids in proper body positioning to help you get the most out of each exercise regime. The Stability Ball helps strengthen muscles, remove tension, and incorporates balance and stability into each movement.

PRIME TIME FITNESS
It’s never too late to get fit! Stretching, toning, and a low impact cardiovascular workout are covered. This class is ideal for active older adults, beginning exercisers, and transitional rehabilitation members.

BOOT CAMP BASICS
Enlist in this heart pumping, total body conditioning class. This interval workout features basic boot camp moves, kickboxing, and core exercises. This class will get your blood pumping, challenge your balance, and keep you on your toes as you move from exercise to exercise. Modifications will be offered so you have a successful experience.

OUTDOOR CHALLENGE
Does your workout need a boost? Have you hit a plateau in your running routine? Try the Outdoor Challenge! In one hour, you will run 3-4 miles while doing intervals of squats, pushups, sprints, lunges, dips, agility drills, and much more. Burn mega calories and have a blast doing it. Meet us in the front lobby before class.
Outdoor classes are weather-dependent.  Dress appropriately!

PRE-NATAL/POST-NATAL FITNESS [01118]
Mild-intensity aerobics, muscle strengthening, and relaxation exercises are emphasized to keep you fit during pregnancy and help you get back into exercising after baby. This class follows ACOG guidelines and uses YMCA certified Instructors. Join us Mondays for a pre/post-natal step workout and/or Wednesdays for floor aerobics and pre/post-natal yoga. Post-natal participants should have completed their 6 week post baby checkup to participate. Physician’s release required at first class. Please register at the front desk.
