BIRTHDAY POOL PARTY

Parties include a birthday shirt and 1 hour in the pool and 1 hour of fun in a classroom. A life guard will be present during the time in the pool. The maximum number of children is 15.
Days/Times: Saturday or Sunday afternoons during
recreational swim times.
Fees: Full Members $120 / Program Members + Public $160

SPECIALTY OR SPORT PARTY
1 hour 45 minutes
Parties include a birthday shirt and 45 minutes of a specialty activity or sport and 1 hour of fun in a classroom. An instructor will be present to run your activity or sport. The maximum number of children is 15.
Days/Times: Sundays 12:30-3:00pm-Gym
or 4:00 pm-Movement Studio
Fees: Full Members $200 / Program Members + Public $240

Moon Bounce $90 (can only be used in the first hour in the Brandywine YMCA Movement Studio or Gym)

Full Members $90/hour / Program Members + Public $130/hour
Movement Studio* (Max. guests 100):

TO BOOK A PARTY OR ROOM RENTAL
• Call the YMCA Birthday Party Line 478-9622 ext. 54. Please leave your first and last name, type of YMCA membership, choice of party, and date of your party.
• Please schedule well in advance to get your selected day and time. Site availability is limited.
• The Party Coordinator will contact you to confirm your request.
• Once we confirm your party, 50% payment is due. The balance will be due two weeks prior to your party. Arrangements will be cancelled if the balance is not paid in full two weeks prior to your party.
• We accept cash, credit cards, or checks made payable to Brandywine YMCA.

AT THE TIME OF YOUR PARTY
• Please report all problems, injuries, or damages to the front desk immediately.
• All gatherings held through the Brandywine YMCA are expected to follow the character values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
