Party Information
Please read the following information carefully.

• Questions and reservations regarding a party should be directed to the identified staff person or call and ask for a brochure.

• Site availability is limited. Please schedule well in advance to get your selected day and time.

• If you are in the building, please request a party form, fill it out and return it to the identified staff person at the Brandywine YMCA. They will call you to confirm the date and your request.

• Full payment must be made in full 2 weeks prior to the event.

• All payments should be made at the Brandywine YMCA. No money can be accepted at the Hanby Outdoor Center.

• If you have a special request for a party, especially for large groups, or during off hours, please contact Ivy Sheehan at Isheehan@ymcade.org

Sports Package (Time - 2 hours)
• Full Members $160 / Others $200
• Choice of one or two game options
• 1 hour 1⁄2 gym and 1 hour classroom and a birthday shirt
• Host or hostess to run game/referee and skill practice
• Up to 15 Guests
• Sundays 12:30 and 2:00

Options:
Dodgeball • Basketball • CATCH games • Wiffle Ball • T-Ball • Kick Ball • Archery

Specialty Package (Time - 2 hours)
• Full Members $200 / Others $240
• Choice one specialty option
• 2 hour Movement studio or classroom and a birthday shirt
• Instructor to run your chosen activity
• Up to 15 guests
• Saturdays 5:30 Sundays 3:30

Options:
Yoga • Craft • Karate • Archery • Dance

POOL Parties (Time - 2 Hours)

• Full Member $120 / Others $160
• 1 hour in the pool and 1 hour classroom and a birthday shirt
• Life guard for the time in the pool
• Up to 15 guests

Time Options
• Saturdays 3:00 and 4:00
• Sundays 3:00 and 4:00

Party options

• Moon Bounce $90/hour
**This option can only be used in the gym or movement studio

To book a party or room rental
Please read the following information carefully.

• Call the YMCA birthday line 478-9622 x 54, Please leave your first and last name, type of YMCA membership, choice of party you would like to book, and the date of your party.

• Or fill out party reservation form at the front desk. We will do our best to honor your request. Some options are limited. Once we confirm your party 50 % payment is due, balance is due 2 weeks prior your date, if payment is not received you may loose your booked area

• We accept cash, credit or checks made out to Brandywine YMCA

• Please report all injuries, damage, problems to the front desk or guard shack immediately

• All gatherings held through the Brandywine YMCA are expected to follow the character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility

• Please notify us in advance if you need baskets at 8 feet.
• Please notify us if you need basketballs.
• Any other equipment, you must supply.
• Party openings are scheduled for Sundays.
• Other times by appointment and availability only.
• Moonbounce can be used in the Gym. Ask when you reserve.
**Fee includes 15 minutes for set-up time and 15 minutes for clean-up time.
