Ages 10 – 14 (Must be age 10 at the start of the program)
Youth Strength Training/Cardio Class. The 7-week Strong Enough Class will cover safety, etiquette, training techniques, and form. After graduation, our young members will get a special I.D. badge which will enable them to utilize the fitness center during off-peak hours. Parents are encouraged to attend the first class. Come on out for a fun and exciting new fitness class just for kids! Exercise for 10 minutes or for the entire class! Work out includes exercises on the Bosu, Medicine Ball, etc. Class takes place in the gym. Please register at the front desk. YOGA FOR KIDS [04428]
Ages 5 – 14
Have fun with girls and boys your age as you learn the basics of yoga postures and breath work. Increase your flexibility, endurance, strength, balance, and coordination. It will be very helpful in all your sports programs! Parents are welcome to drop in and join a class when space is available.
