Pike
This class is ideal for the beginner pre-school swimmer who is new to the aquatic environment or is uncomfortable being independent of a flotation device. We focus on water adjustment as well as an
introduction to basic skills of kicking, paddling, blowing bubbles, putting face-in the water, head bob, swimming with instructional flotation devices and meeting new friends!

Advanced Pike
This class is designed for the returning Pike student who is comfortable around the water, but cannot yet swim independently. This child knows how to put their face underwater, perform back floats with help, swim with flotation devices, and has the social skills to take turns and interact with an instructor. This class focuses on swimming independently using the basic skills introduced in Pike, as well as water safety.

Eels
This is the perfect class for children who can swim a little bit on their own without any flotation. The class focuses on stroke development of front and back paddle strokes, diving, breathing, and deep water adjustment.

Ray/Starfish
This is a great class for those swimmers who can swim the length of the pool on their own and are comfortable in deep water. This class
teaches focuses on stroke development and endurance with an emphasis on rhythmic breathing.
