Aquacize
Water Fitness class that increases flexibility, strength, and muscle tone. Non–swimmers are welcome.

Aqua-Blast Aerobics
Higher intensity water aerobic class which uses the resistance of the water with no impact on joints. Non-swimmers are welcome.

Aqua Flow & Jam
This medium to high intensity class increases flexibility, balance, muscle tone, and cardio. Non-swimmers are welcome

A.O.A
(Active Older Adults)
An arthritis minded water exercise class. This class is a specially
designed program for seniors looking to get into shape at their own pace. The Active Older Adult class does a great job of incorporating strength and conditioning exercises for the participants’ upper and lower body, all while being mindful of their flexibility and mobility levels. Non-swimmers are welcome.
