Your personal health & wellness goals can become a reality when you work with one of our personal trainers. Your trainer will help you gain the knowledge, motivation, and confidence you need to achieve your goal to live a healthier, more active life.

Getting Started with Personal Training
1. Pick up Personal Training Packet at member services desk.
2. Return completed packet to member services & pay for sessions.
3. You will be contacted within 3 business days to discuss your goals to help us assign you a trainer.

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
This program is designed to help members work out more efficiently
and effectively via one-on-one instruction. Personal training
sessions are set-up to accommodate your lifestyle needs. Let one of
our certified personal trainers help you achieve your health and
wellness goals and get the results you want. All sessions are one hour except Personal Training “To Go” sessions, which are 30 minutes. Pick up a packet and sign up today at the membership desk. For additional

BUDDY PERSONAL TRAINING
Keeping up with an exercise program is a lot easier when you have a
friend who is committed to doing the same. Buddy Personal Training
makes it possible for two members with similar goals to work with
one personal trainer. The cost of each session is split between two
members.
Fee: 3 Sessions: $155
6 Sessions: $269
12 Sessions: $465
18 Sessions: $659

Personal Training “TO GO ”
Are you always on the go? Are you having a tough time finding the
time to work out? Do you want to work on a specific area which
requires less time? We have the perfect solution for you! Personal
Training TO GO gives you the personal attention you want but in a time
frame that fits into your schedule and meets your specific needs! All
sessions are 30 minutes long.
Fee: 3 Sessions: $75
6 Sessions: $135
12 Sessions: $249

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT SESSION
This is for the member who has some exercise experience and is interested in having a program developed. During this
session a trainer will design a workout specific to your needs. Basic knowledge of strength training exercises required for
successful program development.
Fee: Full Member: $59
