Counselor-in-Training
Boys & Girls, grades 8 - 10
Many of our counselors were once campers themselves. This leadership development program focuses on leadership skills, learning all aspects of camp life, understanding what it means to be a positive role model, character development and community building. Counselors-In-Training (CITs) will spend time together each week and will also assist with camp groups for a portion of each day. CITs develop special bonds and close relationships with each other through planning activities, having FUN and working together as a team. They will play a vital role in the success of the summer camp program and are valued members of the camp community. Those interested in the Counselor-in-Training program must complete the application and interview process. To pick up a CIT application and/or schedule an interview, please call 302-472-9622 ext. 21.
