Yoga and Pilates are included in this water work-out to give you more flexibility, balance, muscle tone and cardio. Pump it up with great music!

ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS WATER EXERCISE “A.O.A.”
An arthritis minded water exercise class, this class is a specially designed program for seniors looking to get into shape at their own pace. The Active Older Adults class does a great job of incorporating strength and conditioning exercises for the older participants’ upper and lower body, all while being mindful of their flexibility, conditioning and mobility levels. Non-Swimmers are welcome. Financial assistance is provided as needed.
