EXERCISE “A.O.A.”
An arthritis minded
water exercise class,
this class is a specially
designed program for
seniors looking to
get into shape at
their own pace. The
Active Older Adults
class does a great
job of incorporating
strength and conditioning
exercises for the
older participants’
upper and lower body,
all while being mindful
of their flexibility,
conditioning and mobility
levels. Non-Swimmers
are welcome. Financial
assistance is provided
as needed.
