Ages 11- 13 year olds
Youth Strength Training and Cardio Class
This 6- week course will teach kids about fitness center etiquette, proper training technique, proper form on the machines, and safety. Each participant will have to complete a written test and, upon passing, will receive a special I.D. Badge which will allow them to utilize the fitness center during our off-peak hours. YOUTH FITNESS CLUB
Ages 11 – 14 years old
Staying active can be difficult and having fun doing it even more challenging! If this is your child then the Youth Fitness Club is for you. Join other kids for a variety of recreational activities; including racquetball, basketball, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise.
