All Spinning Classes are FREE for Full Members!

Whether you are new to SPINNING® or you are a competitive cyclist, our SPINNING® program offers a class for you! Our classes are FREE for members, so come to class wearing comfortable, athletic clothing (no bike shorts and shoes required), a water bottle, and plan to have a great workout and a fun ride! If you're new to Spinning, just come a few minutes early, and our knowledgeable instructors will help you get set up on your bike. BEGINNER SPIN® B
You'll learn the basics of indoor cycling and put your new skills to work.

LEARN TO SPIN® B
Come learn the fundamentals of the Spinning® Program. Our certified instructors will get you set for success. Participants learn proper bike set up, riding techniques, and safety guidelines behind the Spinning® workout. Get started today and reap the benefits of training comfortably and efficiently.

RECOVERY SPIN® B I A
We all know how to push, but few know how to rest. The recovery ride focuses on the mind and muscle repair.

SPINNING® B I A
This is an indoor group cycling class you must experience! Ride along with your instructor as they take you on an exciting journey to better health.

SPINNING® CHALLENGE A
Looking for a Race Day training session? Come experience easy pedaling in the pack on the flats, a challenging climb, or a burst of speed to the finish line. Prior experience with the Spinning® program is recommended.

SPIN® EXPRESS B I A
Are you looking for a fun, cardiovascular workout? Come experience this 45-minute ride, which utilizes interval training intensities. Come prepared to work hard, both aerobically and an-aerobically.
