INDOOR SOCCER
The Downtown YMCA has a great program for your soccer star! This is a non-competitive 8 week league that focuses on skill development, teamwork and most of all FUN! Players will meet on Saturdays at the Central YMCA. Team Coaching positions are filled by volunteers.
Season begins January 7th and runs 8 weeks.
Ages: 3 to 12
Tots League ages 3 and 4
Under 6 (U6) ages 5 and 6
Under 9 (U9) ages 7-9
Under 12 (U12) ages 10-12
Games: Saturday Mornings (Before Noon, Start times will vary week to week)
Location: Central YMCA

Cost: Full Mbr: $42.00 / Program Mbr: $62.00

YOUTH BASKETBALL
Have a child age 3-12 and looking for a basketball league? The Downtown YMCA has a great winter basketball program. Our 8 week long season that begins the first week of January will focus on skill development, sportsmanship, and an intense focus on having fun! Team Coaching positions are filled by volunteers.
Season begins January 7th and runs 8 weeks.

Practice nights: Tuesday or Thursday (depending on assignment)

MARTIAL ARTS
Come and join the Martial Arts Instructor, Master Daniel White and learn the Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do. Tang Soo Do: is a Korean Martial Art, which free fighting (commonly referred to as sparring), forms, self-defense, and weapons. Our martial art can be traced back 2,000 years to the Korean peninsula with roots in China and Japan. Our program/philosophy is designed to develop the entire person using seven tenants of Tang Soo Do: Integrity, concentration, perseverance, respect and obedience, self control, humility & indomitable spirit. Our program runs all year & we look forward to seeing you! Tang Soo!

Days & Times: Tues & Thurs 6:30 PM–7:30 PM (8 weeks)
Uniform: $20.00

Adult Sports

COMPETITIVE COED 6'S VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE (18+)
A Fall & Spring Tradition, a competitive league for experienced players.
When: Wednesday Nights first game at 6:00 PM
Where: Central Large Gym
Cost: $200 per team (in addition to $13 a week for referee fees)

COMPETITIVE WOMEN 4'S VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE (18+)
A Fall and Spring Tradition, this is a competitive league for experienced players, Women only.
When: Mon Nights Central Large Gym, at 6:15 PM
Where: Central Large Gym

Cost: $150 per team (in addition to $13 a week for referee fees)

COED BASKETBALL LEAGUE
An adult recreational league – Each team will need at least 5 males and 5 females. The men play against the men and the women play against the women in rotating quarters with a running point total.
When: Thursday Nights First game 6PM
Where: Central Large Gym
Fee: $300 per team

RACQUETBALL

RACQUETBALL LADDER LEAGUE
The Downtown YMCA is offering a Co-ed Singles and Doubles
Ladder League for Members only. Registration is available at the

STATE DOUBLES CHAMPIONSHIP

Who: Open to anyone with a USA Racquetball (USAR) Membership (Can join at tournament)
Where: Central YMCA
When: 1/14 and 1/15, 2012
Time: TBA
Cost: First event entry fee $45, second event $20. Additional fee to join USAR, and check-out tournament website for student and first time tournament player discounts.
