TRX TRAINING CLASSES
TRX Training Classes include a progressive workout program,
including exercises for the lower body, upper body and core. This may be the best total body workout you’ve ever had in 50 minutes.
TRX Training classes help build muscular balance, joint stability, mobility, and core strength. TRX will also improve your posture, flexibility and help to prevent injuries.
Sessions run for 7 weeks.
Fee: 7-Session Class: $65

TRX Training On the Go
Are you looking to fit exercise into your day but time is limited in
your schedule? Take 30 minutes with TRX and one of our trainers
to experience a time-saving, effective workout. Grab a friend or
colleague and have twice as much fun! For additional information,

All Sessions are 30 minutes minutes.
Fee: 6 TRX One on One Sessions: $85
6 TRX Buddy Sessions: $110
