Water Yoga (18) [02317]
30 minutes in 4 lane pool
Adopted from land yoga, water yoga exercise emphasizes
breathing, balance, concentration and relaxation. It is meditative and allows the participant to learn and experience quiet while hearing the sounds of silence.

Deep water RUNNING (25) [02306]
45 minutes in 4 lane pool
No impact, aqua-aerobic class conducted in the deep water where you can work out at your own pace. The aerobic portion varies from 35 to 45 minutes and uses a bouyancy belt or pool noodle that allows participants to vertical train and to fully utilize the water’s property of natural resisitance to tone.

SwimNastics (20) [02302]
45 minutes in 4 lane pool
This shallow water class allows individuals the opportunity to work on flexibility and muscle strengthening without stress on any joints. This is a great water workout for the beginner, someone new to fitness, and those returning to exercise due to health issues.

Hydro Pump (25) [02310]
45 minutes in 8 lane pool
High intensity class in shallow & deep water emphasizing muscle strengthening, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Aquatic cross- training provides an opportunity for the fitness enthusiast.

Aquacise(25) [02304]
45 minutes in 4 lane pool
A shallow water class with emphasis on muscle strengthening and aerobic conditioning with minimum stress on your back and knees. This is a great water workout for the beginner to advanced fitness enthusiast who is ready for a greater challenge.

Shallow AQUA ROM (25) [02501]
1 hour in 4 lane pool
This class is slow paced, range of motion exercises without a cardio element for those participants who have arthritis, fiber myalgia and other skeletal-muscular disorders. This is not a cardio class. ROM stands for Range of Motion. Designed to maintain and promote joint flexibility and enhance well being. Participants do not need to know how to swim. 45 minutes of structured instruction with 15 minutes of free time to enjoy the warm water. If participant needs assistance getting in and out of the water, a care provider must escort the participant to class. Hydraulic lift is available, as well as walk in steps.

Deep AQUA ROM(25) [02506]
1 hour in 4 lane pool
This class is slow paced, range of motion exercises without a cardio element for those participants who have arthritis, fiber myalgia and other skeletal-muscular disorders. ROM stands for Range of Motion. Designed to maintain and promote joint flexibility and enhance well being. Participants do not need to know how to swim, but should be comfortable with buoyancy equilibrium in deep water. (Belts provided) 45 minutes in deep water followed by 15 minutes in shallow water instruction. If participant needs assistance getting in and out of water, a care provider must escort the participant to class. Hydraulic lift is available, as well as walk in steps.

Aquatic Boot Camp
Join us for a high intensity water workout in the 8 lane pool. This is a cardio class in our cooler (83 degree) lap pool. Format includes water running, cardio drills, lap swimming, water resistance routines, strength and endurance training to boost your workout routines!
Dates: June 20th to August 13th.
