Jumpstart into Fitness Evaluation [01602]
A physical fitness evaluation testing your resting heart rate, blood pressure, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility. Results will be discussed and a detailed exercise prescription will be given with our VHI exercise software including graphics and instructions. Approximately 60 min. By appt. only. L.E.A.N. Training [01610]
Starts September 5th, 2007
For exercisers in a rut or the beginning exerciser. A 5-week course teaching you how to lose weight and build muscle effectively. Class will be taught in a group setting and will provide you with the information and motivation to succeed. Class includes before and after body composition tests, a personal trainer to assess progress weekly and answer any questions you may have. Tai Chi [01550]
Tai Chi means grand ultimate or grand supreme. The Chinese believed that the tai chi form is the best exercise because it combines the use of the mind, body and spirit.
