For exercisers in a rut or the beginning exerciser.
A 5-week course teaching you how to lose weight
and build muscle effectively. Class will be
taught in a group setting and will provide
you with the information and motivation to
succeed. Class includes before and after body
composition tests, a personal trainer to assess
progress weekly and answer any questions you

Tai Chi

Tai Chi means grand ultimate or grand supreme.
The Chinese believed that the tai chi form
is the best exercise because it combines the
use of the mind, body and spirit. Yang short
form will be used in this class which will
help to improve mental focus, discipline,
