Strength Workouts
Strengthen And Condition Muscles As You Incorporate Dumbbells, Barbells, Stability Balls, Bands, Bosus, Etc. Some Classes Only Utilize Your Own Body Weight To Create Resistance.

BodyPump®
BodyPump® is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about
everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic
workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP® a great starting point to develops strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each
45-minute or one-hour workout. BODYPUMP® challenges you to lift beyond your limits while you:
• Burn up to 600 calories per class for fat loss
• Improve your strength
• Improve your general fitness
• Shape and tone your muscles
• Improve your bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis)
• Gives you a sense of achievement

Core N More
This class starts with a warm-up, then covers the entire body, working all muscle groups with resistance training using weights, Bosu. Stability balls and bands. This conditioning class ends with awesome abs and a final stretch. Remember that a well-toned body burns more calories at rest!

Muscle Conditioning
45-minute total strength and conditioning class. You will use a variety of equipment to condition each muscle group.

Cardio & Strength
COMBINATION
Offers cardio and strength in one class. Busy schedules and obligations often force us to limit the time we spend exercising so we designed workouts that are both efficient and effective in burning calories, increasing muscular strength and endurance and giving you the variety you need to stay motivated.

Circuit training
A class that delivers an efficient total body workout in a short amount of time. This class utilizes a wide variety of cardiovascular exercises (step, kickboxing, bike, etc) and strength training exercises set up in stations. The stations are timed or a specific repetition count will be given. The workouts will change each week to keep it fresh, and all exercises are completely adaptable to meet your fitness needs.

L.I.F.E
Low Impact Fitness Experience is the perfect class for seniors/ beginners that are looking to improve strength, endurance, prevent muscle and bone loss. This class will include a low impact aerobic segment which will be less stressful on your joints. You will utilize bands, hand weights and body bars to help improve muscle tone with effective strength training techniques. You’re going to be AMAZED with the improvements you’ll make in your flexibility, balance and coordination. (45 minutes)

Turbo Kick Mix
This is a combination of Turbo Kick and other great kickboxing drills. Work on your strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular system all at once.

Specialty Workouts
Arthritis Fitness Class
If you have any type of arthritis, this class is for you! This is a gentle land fitness class. Exercises will be done in chairs focusing on improving range of motion, balance, strength, and flexibly.

Cardio Classes Increase Heart Rate, Improve Your Overall Cardiovascular & Respiratory Fitness And Burn Calories.

Cardiologie
A rotating class schedule of Y-Box, High low, Step and more. Challenge your cardio routine by trying something different every week! Low to High impact/intensity

Group cycling
An indoor group cycling class you must experience! Ride along with your instructor as they take you on an exciting journey to better health. Bring a towel and water bottle. Class slots are first come first serve! First time cyclist, please arrive 10 min. early for bike set-up and instruction.

JAMS
If you like music and you like to dance; this exercise program is for you! Burn calories and fat while having fun working through innovative steps set to a variety of music. No previous dance experience necessary. Great for everyone that is willing to enjoy moving to fabulous tunes.

Step
It is the ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardio-blast and tone the hips and thighs. Why not take the class that has been around for more than 20 years and is still going strong? Enjoy the unique movement and fun patterns. Designed and taught for every fitness level. Beginner to advanced!

Super Saturday Special
Add some variety and spice to your weekly workouts. Join us every Saturday afternoon. Each week there will be a different cardio workout (step- Y-Box, interval…) Just check out the Group Fitness board by the
Multipurpose Room to see what workout will get you moving!

Turbo Kick®
Burn calories and blast fat! Turbo Kick® mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it! You’ll love having fun and burning calories. It won’t even seem like you’re working out.

ZUMBA®

Express Workouts
Short on time? Try one of these 15-30 minute classes.
The 300
Work out your entire body in only 15 minutes! We’ll do six exercises 50 times each giving you an effective and quick workout. Please make sure to warmup and cool down on your own.

AB ATTACK
This 30 minute class is abs, abs, and nothing but abs. Learn a variety of different exercises to strengthen and tighten your core. Standing, on the mat, and/or on the ball.

Mind Body
Designed to relieve stress and center peace of mind, body, and spirit. These classes focus on breathing control, flexibility, balance, and mental focus

BODYFLOW
is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout building flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled
breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Pilates
Strengthen and tone muscles, improve your posture, flexibility, balance, and circulation while promoting physical and mental well being. Moderate intensity, no impact. To promote good health and safety, participants are encouraged to provide their OWN mats.

Yoga
Increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while becoming deeply relaxed. Moderate intensity, low impact. To maintain good health and safety, participants are encouraged to provide their own mats.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi means “grand ultimate” or “grand supreme”. The Chinese believed the tai chi form is the BEST exercise because it combines the use of the MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT. Tai Chi may help lower blood pressure, weight loss, promote higher energy levels, increase flexibility, balance, and can aid in the reduction of chronic pains.

Small Group Circuit Training [01163]
A more intimate fitness class paying special attention to individual fitness goals. You will utilize the equipment in the fitness center to develop cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength in a circuit format. Flexibility training and nutritional information will also be components of this class. Limit 6 members.

Self-Defense Training [01103]
What do you do in a sticky or dangerous situation? In this class you will learn basic methods of self defense. You will be encouraged to move outside of you comfort zone to enable you to gain more self-confidence. Learn what you can do to protect yourself of someone you care about.

Spring Boot Camp [01103]
The weather is warming up, so time to take the work-outs outside. Boot Camp is back. Join in on this medium to high intensity outdoor work out (rain or shine). Running, cardio drill, strength and agility training, and more. Take your fitness to the next level and join the camp.

Fit Over Fifty [00103]
Using light hand weights, bands, and balls – This “chair-based”
exercise class will increase balance and strength, decrease bone loss, and increase flexibility. Great for beginners!

Aquatic Boot Camp
Join us for a high intensity indoor workout in the 8 lane pool. This is not your routine water exercise class! Guaranteed you will sweat in the water with this class. Water running, cardio drills, lap swimming, water resistance exercises, strength and endurance training to boost your workout routine.

Adult Dance Group Classes
Don’t sit out another dance. Get out of your chair and onto the dance floor. That’s where the fun is! Discover how to dance with style in a welcoming and social atmosphere. Dance is great for beginners & beyond! No experience necessary! No partner needed! Couples Welcome! Please wear comfortable, supporting shoes, no rubber soles or flip flops. Class will include many of the popular dance styles- Latin, salsa, cha cha, swing, foxtrot and many more.

Private Dance lessons [01151]
Whether it’s a wedding, dance off, or impressing others, it’s just straight fun. Any form of Private Dance lessons is available for adults, teens, and children. Lessons run in 50-minute sessions of 3, 6, and 12 packages.

BELLY DANCING [01151]
Engage your spirit, mind, and body to unleash your inner goddess! Learn the beautiful, exotic art of belly dancing. This class is perfect for all fitness levels and body types, especially beginners. No dance experience required! For females ONLY.
