Adopted from land yoga, water yoga exercise
emphasizes breathing, balance, concentration
and relaxation. It is meditative and allows
the participant to learn and experience quiet
while hearing the sounds of silence.
Deep
water RUNNING (25) All Levels
45 minutes in 4 lane pool
Running with the aid of the floatation equipment.
Participants do not need to know how to swim,
but should be comfortable in deep water.
SwimNastics
(20) Beginner & Intermediate
45 minutes in 4 lane pool
This shallow water class allows individuals
the opportunity to work on flexibility and
muscle strengthening without stress on any
joints. This is a great water workout for
the beginner, someone new to fitness, and
those returning to exercise due to health
issues.
Family
Deep Water Run (25) All Levels
45 minutes in 4 lane pool
Children /Youth ages 8 years and up may join
this aquatic fitness class accompanied by
a parent. Flotation belts will be used but
all participants should be comfortable in
deep water. A variety of equipment will be
used to make this workout both fun and challenging.
Hydro
Pump* (25) All Levels
45 minutes in 8 lane pool
High intensity class in shallow & deep
water emphasizing muscle strengthening, aerobic
and anaerobic conditioning. Aquatic cross
training opportunity for the fitness enthusiast.
Aquacise
(25) All Levels
45 minutes in 4 lane pool
A shallow water class with emphasis on muscle
strengthening and aerobic conditioning with
minimum stress on your back and knees. This
is a great water workout for the beginner
to advanced fitness enthusiast who is ready
for a greater challenge.
Webbed
& wild (25) All Levels
45 minutes in 4 lane pool
Shallow water aquatic class consisting of
advance interval training. Webgloves, noodles
and bells will be used for strength training
for a greater challenge.

AQUA ROM (25) Beginner
1 hour in 4 lane pool
ROM stands for Range of Motion
Designed to maintain and promote joint flexibility
and enhance well being.
This program is an appropriate activity for
an individual with a variety of skeletal-muscular
disorders. Participants do not need to know
how to swim. 45 mins of structured instruction
with 15 min free time allowed for personal
activity preference. If participant needs
assistance getting in and our of the water,
a care provider must escort the participant
to class. Hydraulic lift available.

AQUA ROM (25) Beginner
1 hour in 4 lane pool
ROM stands for Range of Motion. Designed to
maintain and promote joint flexibility and
enhance well being. This program is an appropriate
activity for an individual with a variety
of skeletal-muscular disorders. Participants
do not need to know how to swim, but should
be comfortable with buoyancy equilibrium in
deep water. (Belts provided) 45 mins. in deep
water followed by 15 mins. in shallow water
instruction. If participant needs assistance
getting in and out of water, a care provider
must escort the participant to class. Hydraulic
lift avail.
