Beginner class Designed for someone who is new to fitness, returning to exercise or is exercising due to health issues.

Intermediate class
Participants in this category have been exercising on a regular basis and are ready for a greater challenge.

Advanced class
For the experienced participant who knows how to enhance their individual workout by increasing the intensity of the class through resistance and cardiovascular endurance.
