DIRECTIONS TO THE NEW CASTLE COUNTY OFFICE
From the North:
I-95 South to the Delaware Avenue (Route 52) exit. Make a left at the first traffic light onto Delaware Avenue. Go on Delaware Avenue to Y in the road. To CSB Office Building: At the Y, take the road on the right (Delaware Ave.), go three blocks. Delaware Avenue will turn into 10th Street. The CSB office building will be on your right at Orange Street. To CSB Parking Garage: At Y, take the road on the left (11th Street). Go three blocks to Orange Street and make a left. The entrance to the parking garage will be on your left as soon as you turn the corner. Pull in, go to top of ramp, take ticket and park in any open parking space.

From the South:
I-95 North to the Delaware Avenue (Route 52) exit. You will exit onto Adams Street. Go straight on Adam Street to 4th traffic light (Delaware Avenue). Make a right onto Delaware Avenue. Go on Delaware Avenue to Y in the road. To CSB Office Building: At the Y, take the road on the right (Delaware Ave.), go three blocks. Delaware Avenue will turn into 10th Street. The CSB office building will be on your right at Orange Street. To CSB Parking Garage: At Y, take the road on the left (11th Street). Go three blocks to Orange Street and make a left. The entrance to the parking garage will be on your left as soon as you turn the corner. Pull in, go to top of ramp, take ticket and park in any open parking space.

BRING YOUR TICKET AND WE WILL VALIDATE YOUR PARKING. (We can only validate if you park in the Community Service Building Parking Garage.)

DIRECTIONS TO THE KENT COUNTY OFFICE (on the campus of Wesley College)
Directions from the North:
From Route 1-South, take Exit 104 (Rt. 13/Rt. 8/N. Dover). After toll, turn left onto Rt. 13-South. Go through 8 stoplights (2miles) and bear right onto Rt. 13-A/State Street. Bear left at second light onto N. State Street. Turn right on Delaware Ave/Fulton Street and Carpenter hall will be on your left at the corner of Fulton St. and Governor's Ave.

Directions from the South:
From Route 13-North, turn left on Rt. 8/ Division Street. At the third stoplight, turn right on Governors Avenue. Carpenter Hall is the second building on your right.

Parking:
On-street parking available in any unreserved space or you may also park in the open lot at the corner of Governor's Avenue and Fulton Street. The entrance of the Resource Center is inside the courtyard of Carpenter Hall, at the bottom of the ramp.

DIRECTIONS TO THE SUSSEX COUNTY OFFICE (on the campus of Delaware Tech)
From Route 113, take Route 18/404 West. After about 1/2 mile, turn left into the main entrance of the Del Tech Campus. You may park in any unreserved parking space. The Resource Center Office is located in the Student Services Center in Room 981, the building to the right of the library. The main entrance to the Student Services Center is behind the flagpole.
