Stress  Management
Accompanying the increasing complexity of life today has been an increase in the amount of stress people experience. The Resource Center offers experiential, age-appropriate stress management trainings with the goal of increasing participants’ understanding of stress and their ability to manage it positively.
Through a variety of activities, discussion, and individual work, participants learn to recognize the causes and symptoms of stress and to identify ways to manage stress effectively. Each participant develops a personal stress management plan.

For middle school, high school and adults

1-2 hours of training scheduled to meet the needs of the school or agency
