</strong></font><font face="Verdana, Helvetica" size="2">is a free substance abuse prevention/early intervention program offered to 18-25 year olds in Kent and Sussex Counties. The program consists of 8 two-hour sessions that focus on building self-esteem, decision-making and problem solving skills, while learning about the cycle of addiction and the dangers of binge drinking and marijuana use.<br />
The goal is to provide young adults with information and experience to make positive life choices including alternatives to substance abuse. Participants are drawn from agency referrals but self-referrals are also encouraged.<br />

<strong><u>Class size:</u></strong> approximately&#160;6 per trainer per month held in various locations in Kent and Sussex Counties<br />
