Walk to the YMCA Block Party (1 mile)
– Block Party Information is available at the YMCA front desk
– Meet in the YMCA parking lot (105 Church Street)

Wednesday, September 24 – 5:30 pm
Evening Walk in downtown Milton (1.6 miles)
– Meet & park at Milton Memorial Park at the head of Broadkill River
in downtown Milton. Enter the parking area via Chandler Street,
which turns off of Union Street near Milton Public Library.

Thursday, September 25 – 7:30 am
Walk through Rehoboth Beach (2– 4 miles)
– Meet in the YMCA lobby (105 Church Street)

Friday, September 26 – 6:30 am
Wake Up Walk in downtown Lewes (1 miles and 3.4 miles)
– Meet at 1812 Park, corner of Front Street & Savannah Road
– Park at 1812 Park parking lot between the canal & the Post Office

Saturday, September 27 – 7:00 am
Wake Up Walk in downtown Rehoboth Beach (2 & 3 miles)
– Meet at the bandstand (end of Rehoboth Avenue at the boardwalk)
– Street parking is free until 10:00 a.m.

Saturday, September 27 – 10:00 am
Nutrition Workshop – Food Labels: What Does It All Mean?
