• Yoga classes of different levels are considered to be different classes and will be charged to Program Members as such.
• Classes not meeting minimum registration requirements may be cancelled.
• Prticipants age 14 and older are welcome in all group fitness classes.
• Beginners, seniors, those with physical limitations, and pre/post-natal women are encouraged to participate in Beginner or All Levels classes.

BEGINNER

Basic Pilates [04546]
Gain long, lean muscles, flexibility, and core strength. You’ll also benefit from increased body awareness and better posture.

Basic Step & Sculpt [01164]
Tone your muscles while getting the cardiovascular benefits of step aerobics. Easy-to-follow moves are great for beginners.

Chair Yoga [01505]
You don’t need to be on a mat on the floor to participate in yoga. Chair yoga is designed for people with limited mobility and is done seated or with the aid of a chair.

Fit Again [01132]
Geared for beginners or those age 55 and older, Fit Again uses basic movements combinations for aerobic conditioning with moderate floor work and muscle toning.

Restorative Yoga [01505]
Gentle yoga that focuses on meditation, breathing and relaxing with gentle stretching.

INTERMEDIATE

Cardio Kickboxing [01134]
Hooks, jabs and kicks will get your heart rate up and keep it up. It’s an amazing – and fun – cardio workout.

Flexible Core [01173]
Oh, what 15 minutes can do! Improve your posture and flexibility and strengthen your entire core – upper and lower abs, obliques and lower back.

Intermediate Pilates [04546]
Gain long, lean muscles, flexibility, and core strength. You’ll also benefit from increased body awareness and better posture. Participants should have prior knowledge of Pilates principles for the intermediate classes.

Intermediate training combining aerobic conditioning and resistance routines to produce fat-burning results!

ADVANCED

Navy Seal [01172]
All-around intense cross training early in the morning: Spinning on Mondays, outdoor boot camp style training on Wednesdays, and swimming on Fridays.

Power Step [01111]
Advanced moves on an elevated step allow you to take your step aerobics up a notch.

Turbo Training [01178]
Advanced heart rate training combining indoor cycling and running. This is a great 90-minute class for triathletes or those wishing to take their cardiovascular fitness to the next level.

ALL LEVELS

BodyFlex [01164]
Increase your muscle strength and endurance using barbells or Body Bars, dumbbells, and medicine balls in this energetic, full-body workout.

Cardio Hour [01134]
Get that heart pumping and that body moving with this aerobic conditioning class using traditional high-low combinations and some kickboxing moves.

Family Zumba [01528]
The fun of Zumba is now available to the whole family! Everyone ages 8 and up is welcome for this awesome cardiovascular workout. Children ages 8 to 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Fitness Grab Bag [01163]

LowComotion [01134]
Low-impact so it’s easier on ankle, knee and hip joints. Aerobic so it gets your heart pumping. A perfect combination that is fat-burning and fun.

On the Ball [01185]
Balance and strength – an unbeatable combination. You’ll use stability balls and your own body weight to achieve greater balance and increased strength.

Step & Sculpt [01164]
Combining the cardiovascular benefits of step aerobics with the muscle toning benefits of resistance training, this class will keep you moving toward a stronger and fitter body.

Total Body Conditioning [01164]
Strengthen all major muscle groups as you work your entire body with this 30-minute class. Basic equipment and easy-to-follow exercises keep it simple yet effective.

Yoga [01505]
Different classes at various levels including restorative yoga, gentle yoga, and intermediate and advanced yoga. Basic elements include breathing exercises, meditation practices, flexibility and stretching.

Zumba [01528]
Combining aerobics with hot and spicy Latin/salsa music, you’ll have so much fun in this class you won’t even realize you’re working out!

Simply one of the best cardiovascular workouts you can get. The original indoor cycling program is here! All are welcome – you can work at your own pace.

• Class slots are available by picking up a “ticket” at the front desk up to 90 minutes before each class.
• Bring a towel and water bottle.
