GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Our gymnastics classes, led by Rachel Cryne, are organized in a progressive format with evaluation of each child’s skills at the end of every session. Certain skills must be mastered for advancement to the next level. Static Trapeze new for 2008! Static Trapeze is a circus art performed on the trapeze. Unlike swinging trapeze the aerial skills are done while the bar and ropes mainly stay in place. The skills develop strength, flexibility, grace and control. This will be integrated into our gymnastics classes. No make-up classes offered unless the YMCA cancels a class. All classes are held in the YMCA gym.
