KIDS GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
School’s out, but our fun-filled exercise classes go all summer long. Registration is required.
Fees: Full Member: FREE / Program Members $25

Fit and Fun
Non-stop activity keeps kids fit while having an awesome time. Using fun equipment like BOSU balls, jump ropes, stretch bands and medicine balls, kids will participate in a wide variety of activities to increase their muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, coordination and balance.
Ages: 8-13 Years Old

Kids Yoga
Children become more flexible, balances and strong through kids yoga and have a great time exploring yoga postures, participating in games, breathwork and relaxation.
Ages: 8-13 Years Old

Family Zumba
Now the entire family can have fun together. Zumba is a great way to get your child (and the child in you) moving while having fun. Children ages 8 to 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Ages: 8-Adult

KARATE FOR KIDS
Tang Soo Do
Grades: 1 thru 6
Instructor: Master Gene Handlin

Regular martial arts training helps children learn: respect, self-discipline, concentration, courtesy, and control of their thoughts/bodies/actions. It also helps children gain confidence and self esteem. Tang Soo Do is the method of empty hand and foot fighting based on the scientific use of the body in self defense. Training in Tang Soo Do stresses the development of individual character, integrity and respect for others. Tang Soo Do teaches us that through consistent training, we will become the very best physically, mentally and spiritually.
Beginners: Wednesday and Friday, 6:30 – 7:15pm
Advanced: Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 – 8:30pm

YOUTH FITNESS CENTER
For Full Members ages 8 to 13 years. With interactive games like Dance, Dance Revolution and 3Kick, light-weight dumbbells, and supervised games, the Youth Fitness Center helps your child develop coordination, cardiovascular endurance and strength.

PERSONAL TRAINING FOR YOUTH
Could your child use some extra motivation toward living an active lifestyle? Or improve his or her fitness or athletic performance? Our personal trainers can help. We’ll meet one-on-one with your child and provide training with programs designed specifically for youth and your child’s individual goals. Each session last up to 45 minutes.
Ages: 12 to 17
