Please be sure to review the forms packet in its entirety. In addition to required forms, there is a significant amount of helpful information for parents to have prior to sending their child to camp. We must receive required paperwork prior to your child’s arrival at camp. Failure to send in forms on time could result in our inability to accept your child as a camper this summer. If you have any problems with this packet, please call us and let us know. We are happy to work with you to make sure that you have everything turned in promptly, so your camper can have a great summer experience. These forms packets (mini-camp and summer camp) are additional paperwork to be done after their camper is registered.

Waterfront Pre-registration Form
Included in the forms packet, for grades 4-9 completed, is a waterfront pre-registration form. It is intended for Traditional Campers only. If you are enrolled in either of the Tickwogh specialty camps for sailing or wakeboarding/waterskiing, Mini Camp, or as a Pawnee or Cherokee (grades 2&3 completed) you do not need to fill out this form. Also, if you signed up for one of the specialty camps thinking it was the only way for your child to experience a waterfront activity, just know that sailing, wakeboarding, and waterskiing are all offered at our main camp but on a smaller scale.
