Prior Supervision experience and knowledge of a wide array of fine arts programming. |

$250-300 per week (based on experience) |

Specific Responsibilities: |
Directly supervise staff and assist with the development of fine arts curriculum with definite goals with measurable outcomes. Responsible for the 15 staff and 6 different classes. Take responsibility for training and providing quality fine arts programming with continue growth. |

Required Skills and/or Certifications: |
Ability to complete 1st Aid and CPR training. Experience working with children and activity areas, possess a current and clean driving record, proven curriculum development, planning, and follow through. Need to have knowledge to some level in all fine art programs. |
