Responsible for the supervision and development of the 6 Village Chiefs, campers and cabin/village programming. |

Specific Responsibilities: |
Directly supervises the 6 Village Chiefs and insures quality program development and delivery. Responsible for the 84 counselors, 380 campers and their general well being; homesickness, and other behaviors. Will work with staff to develop quality programming with specific skill development for children in their activities. Responsible for developing and scheduling weekend programs. Organize all cabin and village functions including general camp procedures. Will be in rotation with the Camp Directors for Director-On-Duty watch at night. |

Required Skills and/or Certifications: |
Ability to complete 1st Aid and CPR training. Experience working with children in activity areas, possess a current and clean driving record, proven curriculum development, planning, and follow through. |
