Specific Responsibilities: |
Directly supervises the Outdoor Education, Athletics, and Fine Arts directors and insures quality program development and delivery. Responsible for the 35 staff and 26 different classes. Will work with staff to develop quality programming with specific skill development for children in their activities. Develop a reward program that works to keep the staff morale positive. Will be in rotation with the Camp Directors for Director-On-Duty watch at night. |

Required Skills and/or Certifications: |
Ability to complete 1st Aid and CPR training. Experience working with children in activity areas, possess a current and clean driving record, proven curriculum development, planning, and follow through. Need to have knowledge to some level in all of the program areas. |

position working as a programmatic and administrative assistant for the
YMCA Tockwogh Land Activities Director (LAD). Responsible for assisting
LAD with planning and execution of summer resident camp land/cabin areas.
Aid in supervision of 100+ staff and 380 campers each session. Assists
in overseeing of land activities (non-aquatic and non-challenge course
related). |

Responsibilities: |
Works
directly with the Land Activities Director (LAD) in coordinating activities
in regards to sports, outdoor education, arts, etc. Assists LAD in staff/camper
discipline, management of daily schedule with regards to land activities,
meal management, on-call duties, clerical work, parent communication,
and other administrative tasks. |

Ability

and teens. Ability to complete Administrative Staff Training prior to
camp. Basic typing and phone skills. |
