$250-300 per week (based on experience) |

Specific Responsibilities: |
Will live with Leader-In-Training campers in their cabin and directly supervise their work in Leadershop and on-camp service project. Directly responsible for the development and education of LIT's by daily evaluation and trips. Be an example of promptness, set high standards, and have clear view of a great counselor. Hold daily devotions and facilitate journal/solo time. |

Required Skills and/or Certifications: |
Ability to complete 1st Aid and CPR training. Experience working with teens in cabin and activity areas, possess a current and clean driving record, proven curriculum development, planning, and follow through. |
