Job Description: |
Directly supervise all Outdoor Education staff, supplies, and equipment. |

Min. Education Required: |
Completed 2 years of College |

Min. Experience Required: |
Prior Supervision experience and knowledge of a wide array of outdoor education programming. |

21 |

Salary: |
$250-300 per week (based on experience) |

Specific Responsibilities: |
Directly supervise staff and assist with the development of Outdoor Education curriculum with definite goals with measurable outcomes. Responsible for the 5 staff and 4 different classes. Take responsibility for training and providing quality Outdoor Education programming with continue growth. Support campfires for large and small groups and all cabin campouts. |

Required Skills and/or Certifications: |
Ability to complete 1st Aid and CPR training. Experience working with children and activity areas, possess a current and clean driving record, proven curriculum development, planning, and follow through. Need to have knowledge to some level in all Outdoor Education programs.
