Specific
Responsibilities: |
Supervise
and train 14 water-ski staff members.
Responsible for the care of 5 ski boats. Ensure their proficiency with waterskiing, boating, pulling
skiers and instructing lessons and campers. Create teaching curricula and develop
lesson plans to fit each camper at his/her level of experience
and skill. Maintain
the condition of all ski boats, and equipment. |

Required
Skills and/or Certifications: |
Ability
to complete the following: Ellis Lifeguard, Maryland Boating Safety
Education, US Merchant Mariners License (OUPV-Limited Deck License). Proficiency in some of the following:
waterskiing, wakeboard, trick ski, slalom, barefoot, and kneeboard.
Set a high example of the YMCA Character Values and extend
experience as a leader to all others in program area. |
