Class ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION YMCA AQUATIC PROGRAM
  An Arthritis Foundation certified exercise program designed to maintain and promote joint mobility and enhance well being. Exercises conducted in shallow water. Participants do not need to know how to swim. ADA steps and pool lift available for water entry and exit. (indoor pool)

Class DEEP WATER WORKOUT
  Deep water jogging with upper body workout using resistant equipment. Participants must be comfortable in 9 feet of water. The intensity of the workout depends on individual exertion. Excellent workout with no impact on the legs, knees and hips! Conditions the heart muscle, shapes and tones other body muscles, increases stamina and energy! Class is held in the deep end of the indoor pool. Flotation belts avail.

Class HYDRO-PUMP
  Aggressive, medium to high intensity workout which firms and tones the entire body with a cardio vascular segment of 25-35 minutes. Shallow and keep water resistance exercises with music will improve flexibility, shape muscles, and increase stamina and energy. Members are encouraged to use webbed gloves to increase water resistance. The intensity of the workout depends on individual exertion. (indoor pool)

  A water exercise program designed to maintain and promote joint mobility with a short, low impact cardio segment. This class is schedule for those members who work and need an evening class. ADA steps and pool Lift is available for water entry and exit. Held in the shallow end of the indoor pool.

  (DRYLAND) Resistance training will help improve your strength and endurance, prevent muscle and bone loss, and help you retain your independence. Improve muscle tone with effective strength training techniques and abdominal exercise; and increase your flexibility, balance and coordination.
