Our Orientations
are designed to introduce you to our Fitness Center
staff, policies and equipment. We offer 3 different
types of orientations to help our members better
meet their fitness needs. All orientations include
discussion of proper form and technique as well
as standard fitness center etiquette. Full Members
may register at the Welcome Center for one or all
of the following:
The Basics
Recommended for the new member, beginner exerciser
and all members age 14-17. Learn the basics of a
safe and effective workout while getting an overview
of 3 pieces of cardio equipment as well as 8 machines
from the Nautilus Strength Training Circuit.
The Next Step
Recommended for members who have been through a
basic orientation and feel comfortable enough to
learn more. This orientation can also be used as
a refresher for those who haven’t used the
Nautilus machines in a while. Learn the remaining
Nautilus Resistance Machines and how to structure
a complete, well rounded workout. We will also explain
how to use the Nautilus Number system along with
our targeted workouts or create one of you own.
Free Weights
When you are ready to take your workouts beyond
Nautilus. Review of weight room etiquette, safety
tips, and the safe execution of a basic set of free
weight exercises to help mix up your current routine.

workouts and FUN! Meetings will be at 7pm on Tuesdays
