healthy lifestyle? If so, our personal trainers can
help! We will meet one-on-one with your child and train
them with programs specifically designed for youth and
their individual goals! Each session will last up to
45 minutes.

it! (8 years and older) {01-6-12}
Fun, energetic, and exhilarating are just a few ways
to describe this class specifically adapted to meet
the ability of all kids. Participants can feel the benefits
of exercise in a non competitive environment through
various circuit training exercises emphasizing strength,
endurance, and calisthenics. See how exercise can enhance
a child’s stamina and confidence with this exciting
new group fitness class. It’s time to Move it!
