Could your child use more motivation toward living a healthy lifestyle? If so, our personal trainers can help! We will meet one-on-one with your child and train them with programs specifically designed for youth and their individual goals! Each session will last up to 45 minutes.
Fees: Full Mbr: 6 Sessions = $100 / 12 Sessions = $192

Participants can feel the benefits of exercise in a non competitive environment through various circuit training exercises emphasizing strength, endurance, and calisthenics.
