Youth Personal Training [01-6-13]
Could your child use more motivation toward living a healthy lifestyle? If so, our personal trainers can help! We will meet one-on-one with your child and train them with programs specifically designed for youth and their individual goals! Each session will last up to 45 minutes.
Fees: Full Mbr: 6 Sessions = $105 / 12 Sessions = $199
Summer C.A.T.C.H.
Ages 9-13 years
Coordinated Approach to Child Health (C.A.T.C.H.) emphasizes the need to be active during any one physical activity session. Through structured game play, skill drills, and fitness activities children will learn how fun physical activity can be without the competitive atmosphere. Summer is a great time to take C.A.T.C.H. outdoors and have a blast! Be sure to bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes. Group will meet in Youth Wellness Center. Class meets weather permitting.

Athletic Conditioning for Sports {01-5-08}
Ages: 8-13
Location: Throughout Western Branch
Looking to improve game performance? Whether your sport is in season or off season this program is designed for you to keep your body healthy. All sports welcome but limited to 2-6 players per group. Improve coordination, agility and balance in our Basic Fundamentals session or enhance power and quickness in our Advanced Sport Skills session. Reduce likeliness of injury and improve athletic performance to stay in the game.
