The Wahoos need at least 40 parent volunteers to run a smooth, efficient and safe summer home swim meet and 20 parent volunteers for an away swim meet. Therefore it is required that every swim team family provide one responsible adult to work either 3 half swim meets or two (2) entire swim meets. The earlier you sign-up to work a meet, the more likely chance you will have of getting the position and dates you prefer.

Please email our volunteer coordinator at WesternWahoosVolunteer@gmail.com to sign up. Please include your name, the date of the meets you’re signing up for, the position you wish to work and whether you prefer to work half the meet or the entire meet. The meets run approximately 4 hours long.
