Delegation Meeting should begin no later than First Week of January
$50.00 deposit due to Advisor for all delegates
(It is recommend that the Delegate manual should not be provided without deposit)

The following items are due to the State Director:
• Registration Form
• Bill Topic – space for this is at the bottom of the Registration Form (include a one-paragraph description of bill clearly written)
• Authorization Form
• Code of Conduct Form
• Candidate Nomination Form for the Offices of: President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, Secretary of the Senate, and Chief Clerk of the House, Editor in Chief
• Application for all Cabinet positions, Chief of Staff, Press Corps, Page Corps, and Chaplin
• T-Shirt Designs
• It is recommended that half of all program fees should be collected by this date!

• Candidate Nomination Form for the Youth Governor of 2011, Accompanied by a copy of his/her Platform due

State Director to receive all bills submitted by Delegation Advisors using the On-Line Bill Submission or submitted by hard copy – No faxes!
