  Youth Governor, Holly Firlein of the Western Family YMCA exercised her position fully utilizing the members of her cabinet and her Chief of Staff often.  Governor Firlein&rsquo;s caring demeanor fostered balanced debate by validating every delegate&rsquo;s rights and encouraging them to share their beliefs, thoughts and opinions. </span></p>
                    <p class="body">Under Governor Firlein&rsquo;s leadership, the officers spent Thursday evening at Hall House, the Governor&rsquo;s guest house on the grounds of Woodburn in Dover, training for the weekend. <br>
