40 Days To Summer Challenge


Join our 40 Days To Summer Challenge today! Work on your fitness through achievable daily workouts that keep you focused, and earn a FREE shirt!

How it works:

  • Register in the branch or online using the form below.
  • Download a challenge card, or pick one up in the branch.
  • May 11th – June 19th, complete all 40 challenges. Do the workouts as suggested or make modifications to meet your fitness level (increasing or decreasing intensity). Use the workouts as a guide- but make the challenge your own!
  • Track your progress in the branch (on their challenge tracker board) or on the challenge card.
  • Pick up your shirt! Once you have completed all 40 challenges, visit the Member Services Desk by June 30th and show your completed tracker to receive your shirt.
