Looking to apply for our Open Doors Financial Assistance?
Get approved ON THE SPOT!
To process your application, you must provide a copy of the current Federal Tax Return for all adults in the household. W-2 forms are not accepted and will not be reviewed.
IF YOU DID NOT FILE TAXES:
- A letter of Non-Filing from the IRS and at least 2 documents showing the lasts 30 days of income are required for all adults in the household. Acceptable forms of documentation include:
- Social security/ disability payments
- Pension and/or retirement income
- State Assistance
- Unemployment
- Alimony/ Child Support
SELF EMPLOYED?
Schedule C must be submitted with the Federal Tax Return and is required for approval.
