How does it work?
- Sign-up using the form below.
Download the Fit30 Challenge card or pick one up at any YMCA of Delaware location. Cards will be emailed to all registrants after completing the form below.
- Use the Fit30 Challenge calendar to track your activities and earn points from March 1 to April 30, 2018. Check one or both boxes each day. 30 minutes of activity counts as one point and each healthy living activity counts as one point. Challenges do not need to be completed on the specified days.
- Earn at least 30 points and submit the completed form to the Membership desk no later than May 1, 2018. All submissions will be entered to win one of the prizes listed below.
Who can join the challenge?
Anyone! All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
