Free Group and Water Exercise Classes

From Zumba and Yoga to Cycling and High Intensity Interval Training, there are over 600 group exercises classes available to you for FREE. Classes are offered for all levels and abilities and from the early morning into late in the evening. Schedules are available under the schedules tab.


Free Child Care While You Work Out

From 6 months to 13 years of age, we offer a Kid’s Zone complete with a youth fitness center, play areas, story time, arts and crafts, and more! Your kids will have fun in a safe environment while you work out.

Pools

Enjoy 17 indoor and outdoor pools across Delaware.


Gymnasiums

Enjoy a game of basketball with your friends or family in one of our full size gymnasiums.

Saunas and Steam Rooms

Take an opportunity to relax in one of our saunas and steam rooms.
