Youth In Government at National Advocacy Day

YMCA Youth in Government is a leadership program which involves teens in state organized model government programs. Several months each year, teens meet in their local delegations to discuss and debate issues that affect citizens of Delaware. The Youth in Government (YIG) program promotes personal growth and development through hands-on experience.

Congratulations to two of our Youth in Government leaders, Vilas Annavarapu and Dakota (Cody) Edwards. Vilas and Dakota were selected by YUSA to represent the YMCA of Delaware at the National Advocacy Days.
